RICH IN HISTORY, INNOVATING THE FUTURE

PAST

In 1869 a fire destroyed a large portion of the building in Hancock. This fire made room for more buildings to be constructed, including 101 Quincy St. With approximately 12,500 square feet of space, the 1Q1 space has a rich history.

The space was first known as the First National Bank Building. It is one of the most prominent historical buildings of downtown Hancock, designed to be the entrance to main street. The magnificent three-story structure showcases the elegance and grandeur of a bygone era while seamlessly incorporating modern conveniences.
